On a normal day, just like any other, a plane violently crashes into a field right near a crowded apartment, with two hosts, Flat Screen and Cable, popping out to assess the situation. With some help from 30 people around the area, the two hosts make the most of the problem, creating a competition show to pass the time before help arrives.

It's many years in the future. Technology has advanced rapidly to allow creation of the International Highway Line, a "dimension between dimensions" of interconnected highways, allowing you to essentially "fast travel" to anywhere you want by simply driving down a road. To bring awareness to its grand opening, Highway Sign coordinates a small competition show inside the IHL, allowing 12 competitors from around the world a chance to win a ticket to an all expenses paid trip to wherever they choose.
